Purposes and legal basis
To answer offer requests and perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to operate and secure the website under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); and to meet accounting and public-procurement obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose above, or for the periods required by Romanian accounting and procurement law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, email) and with authorities where the law requires it.
South African enquiries (POPIA)
If you write to us from South Africa, your details are used only to prepare a proposal for your farm or site. They are shared only with the South African operating partner that would deliver the service, once appointed, and are kept for twelve months unless a contract follows.
