Farms

A weatherproof docking station on the farm, a thermal and zoom camera, and a qualified remote pilot supervising every flight. The drone watches the land at night and works it by day; your own people respond. Every mission is scoped to your farm. Night and beyond-line-of-sight flights need the applicable approvals; resident-dock night rounds are offered as they are secured.

What the field demands

Nights

Stock losses and predation happen in the dark, when nobody can see the veld, and every callout sends a person out into the unknown.

Distance

Fences, troughs, pumps and gates are spread over thousands of hectares; checking them means hours of driving, every day.

Evidence

When something happens, what is left is a story. Insurers, police and neighbours want time, place and pictures.

Night rounds, our first product

Night rounds: see what happens on the farm after dark.

Radiometric thermal rounds that see what the human eye cannot: scheduled night flights over livestock, farm buildings and boundaries. The drone shows what is there and alerts the people you name; your own people and your registered security provider decide what to do. Scoped per engagement and subject to the applicable approvals.

See

Radiometric thermal makes people and vehicles visible at night.

Show

The spotlight and recorded video put light on what is there.

Tell

An alert with live view goes to the people you name, including your own registered security provider.

Keep

A time-stamped, geo-referenced record of every alert flight, for your insurer, the police and your own files.

Night rounds that protect people or property are a regulated security service in South Africa. They are delivered by a PSIRA-registered South African operating company once its registration and the SACAA approvals are in place; Brooklyn Enterprise supplies the mission design, the platform and the reporting.

What we can deliver

Every mission bespoke

Night rounds from the dock

Scheduled thermal rounds over herds, sheds and perimeters, flown from a docking station on the farm. The drone takes off, flies its round, returns and recharges by itself; a remote pilot supervises every flight.

Alerts and live view

When an alarm comes in, the drone flies to the point and streams live to your phone and your response team: what is there, how many, which way they are moving. It assists, people intervene.

Livestock counting

Kraal, camp and feedlot counts flown by day on gridded missions with human review. In open veld we deliver a population estimate with week-on-week anomaly alerts, not an exact head-count.

Daily checks without the drive

Fence lines, water troughs, pumps, dams, gates and sheds on a repeatable route, with a short report and pictures each morning.

Incident record

Time-stamped, geo-referenced video of every alert flight, kept for your insurer, the police and your own records.

How the mission is planned

Tailor-made for this field

  1. 01

Walk the farm on a map

Camps, kraals, water points, gates and the routes your people already drive. We mark where losses happen and who answers the phone at night.

  2. 02

    Dock siting and round plan

Where the station stands, its power and network, the hours you choose, and the alert chain: who is called, what they see, what they do.

  3. 03

Approvals, then first flights with you

Night and beyond-line-of-sight flights need the applicable approvals. Once they are in place the first rounds are flown alongside your own routine, and the routes are adjusted before anything is fixed.
